Designed for closures

This cap sorter is suitable for a wide variety of closures with either short or long depth compared to diameter. The changeover to other cap sizes is via the exchange or automatic adjustment of the selector disc. Due to the operating system, this type of cap sorter must be fed on a regular controlled basis, normally via an elevator. To suit the closure size and output needed, various size Universal sorters are available from 750mm up to 2.0m in diameter. |
| This type of cap sorter is designed for high-speed operation on closures having a greater diameter than depth. Outputs up to 125,000 per hour are achieved with this cap sorter. Cap selection can either be via a re-cycle system for incorrectly oriented caps or via laser sensors and high-speed rejection and cap inversion. Due to the operating system, this type of cap sorter must be fed on a regular controlled basis, normally via an elevator. |
