Multifunction, automatic, single-head machine with Pick-and-Place operation. Designed for an average output of 2,500 per hour and suitable for accepting a variety of capping heads:
Sealing Head for aluminium closures.
Screw capping head with torque control via permanent magnets.
Pick-up Head with either mechanical chucks or vacuum operated
Brushless Motor Head for precise capping control via an on-board computer,

Automatic, single-head machine for direct pick-up of caps. Designed for an average output of up to 3,500 per hour applying aluminium roll-on caps with a sealing head.

Feeding of the closures is via a cap sorter designed to suit the closure and speed of the machine, mounted either on the machine or on a separate, adjustable stand.

Bottles are fed via a slat chain conveyor that passes through the machine to the discharge.

 

 


Suitable for hand placed caps with the application of screw caps or for sealing aluminium closures. Capable of up to approx 1,200 per hour. Mainly used in laboratories for testing heads or new products or for small production runs. Manual height adjustment of the head for bottles from 30mm to 365mm high.
