Zalkin has designed an on-line quality control system called “ZC LINE” enabling to extend its activities into a neighbouring market sector: the quality controls and inspection.

This stainless steel inspection machine with an execution for an easy cleaning is designed for an industrial environment and can be integrated into bottling lines.

It is standardized for multiple bottle formats and is compatible with running glass, PET, aluminum bottles as well as cans.

It is fitted with 3 simultaneous measuring modules: :

Removal torque control module:
- to measure the removal torque (non destructive test) and/or the bridge breaking torque
and/or
- the stripping of over-screwing torque (destructive tests)


Weight control module:
- to measure the bottle weight (with legal metrology scale).

Leak test control module::
- to measure the pressure level to enable the detection of the leak (point of bubble) in the seal of the cap.



The “ZC Line” accepts an on-line infeed of bottles selected by automated sampling system (traceability of the batches) and has an integrated supervision system allowing to automatically report the results of the analysis and the statistical processing data of the measurements (control thresholds, machine capabilities, …) and optimizes your production costs, via preventive alarms by detecting and tracking drifts in your process (optimized maintenance operations). .
