ZC Lab
A test machine unique in the world
The ZC Lab control machine is capable of simulating production machine operation:
- screw capping machine, sealing machine, push-on capper, screw & seal machine
- cam profile
- head rotation speed
- speed
The ZC Lab is flexible, which allows it to adapt to bottle design:
- suspended bottle (by chimney)
- shaped bottle
- belt restraint
It is equipped with statistical tools to calculate, for example
- capacity of opening torques
