Semi-automatic capper

TM3 type

The TM3-type single-head machines are suitable for sealing, screw-capping and push-on capping  at low speeds.

Ranging from 600 to 1,200 caps per hour, it's the ideal equipment for laboratories among others.

Caps are manually placed by the operator onto bottles ranging from 30 to 365 mm in height

 


Automatic capper

TM125 type

The TM125-type single-head machines can seal aluminum caps requiring direct cap pick off.

These machines cannot be transformed into screw cappers afterwards.

The maximum speed of this equipment is about 3,500 caps an hour (depending on cap type and the bottle being processed).

The introduction of bottles is done by accumulation

The TM150-type single-head machines can seal aluminum caps requiring direct cap pick off.
These machines can be transformed into screw cappers afterwards.

Automatic capper

TM200 type

The TM200-type single-head machines can screw on or push on caps requiring pick-and-place.
Caps are picked by means of a peg mounted on a transfer arm.

The maximum speed of this equipment is about 2,500 caps per hour (depending on cap type and the bottle being processed)
This machine can be single or double, in order to combine multiple functions. Depending on the type of application requested, the machine can be equipped with two turrets, for example:

  • push-on capping and screw-capping
  • or screw-capping and overcapping
